Twelve gorgeous printed cotton Batik fabrics in mainly shades of pinks and purples were used to create this beautiful lap quilt. Machine pieced together in an original pattern.
Machine quilted with purple cotton thread in a meandering stipple stitch. Backed and bound with hot pink batik fabric. Binding was created from pieces of all the fabrics within the quilt, and hand sewn to the reverse of the quilt with the coordinating thread.
100% cotton batting was used.
Machine Washable, gentle cycle. Tumble Dry low.
I always use the highest quality fabrics for the top and backing of all of my work.
