Made from three layers around 35yards of soft smooth teal on top ,turquoise center and aqua bottom. All layers of the Bridal tulle have been gathered and serged to the wide teal fabric stretch waistband. This tutu is not made yet. All skirts are made by shay, and are Sister Of The Moon Designs. they are kept in a smoke free home, but I do have a cat! I create many unique styles of skirts. I also love to take custom orders.
