Measurement: you choose size XLarge-XXLarge 38"-52" stretch XXLarge-XXXLarge 42"-60" stretch Length 20" long Tulle colors can be any of the colors listed in the last photo, the color chart. **Gold, Antique Gold, Copper, neon citrus and silver can be made for an extra cost of $5 per glimmer color.
