Super tiny but still packed with Color Explosion! I took all my left over tulle pieces and made a rainbow tutu skirt to die for! so full of volume! Made from smooth Bridal tulle, that has been gathered, with black knit fabric on top that has tulle attached on the front with star beads and the edge has a roll hem. The fabric and tulle has been professorially serged to the fabric covered elastic waistband. This skirt is not made yet, It is made when ordered! Measurement: you choose size XSmall-Small 24"-34"inches Small-Medium 26"-38"inches Medium-Large 30"-40"inches Large-XLarge 34"-48"inches XLarge-XXLarge 38"-52"inches Length 8" (bottom of tulle) This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
