Made from 8 panels of red Bridal tulle, that has been gathered,and rolled hemmed at the bottom, then added two layers of black silk cut in a handkerchief Asymmetrical style. The fabric and tulle has been professorially serged to the fabric covered elastic waistband. This skirt is not made yet, It is made when ordered!
