Made from 100yard strips of soft smooth green and black Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the soft black fabric waistband. This tutu is sewn not tied!

The back has extra 50yards added green and black tulle made longer for a fuller bustle effect. this skirt has a total of 150yards!

tutu can also be scrunched up as shown in the last photo. The small pieces allows you to make it crazy looking if you want to.

This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
