Central image of skull has been burned into a pine plaque, then painted using layers of inks and glazes and finished with a UV protective sealant.

I love drawing skulls and had some plaques with huge knots in them. Instead of trying to cover up the knots, I turned them into crazy bulls-eye spirals. They were such a hit, that now I do them on perfectly unblemished plaques too!
