This 'inchie' pendant (one inch square) is handmade from a glass tile, resin and a high quality reproduction of my original pyrography & mixed media on wood painting, "Endurance," showcasing a beautiful Joshua Tree alone in the desert (except for some ravens) at sunset.

About your pendant:
* the image is affixed to the back of the glass tile giving the pendant depth and enhancing the image
* the back is sealed with a non-yellowing jewelry grade resin to protect the image
* a pretty heart-shaped sterling plate bail is securely affixed to the back
* a 24" sterling plate ball chain included (customize the length with a pair of nippers or kitchen shears)
* it arrives in a gift box with care instructions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I always use high quality glass tiles and jewelery grade resin to to create a superior piece of wearable art which will stand up to years of daily wear. Please use care when storing your piece.

I watched from afar as my friend Kim battled cancer from her home in the Yucca Valley, California, and saw how someone can be tough and vulnerable at the same time. She inspired me to paint this tree - it is both something she sees every day and is a symbol of endurance (just like she is).
