Since I am always looking for new items to try carving, I happened upon the Junkman's awesome ArtFire site and found these unfinished wooden toilet paper holders.
Why I thought Santa I have no idea, but a Santa it became!!

Measuring in at approximately 1" wide and 5 3/4" high, I hand carved and then painted extra details with acrylic paints. To add an old look I used my favorite antiquing technique then signed, sealed and hung with jute.

This unique Santa was designed, hand carved, and hand painted by me.
