This birthday party hat has a thick base and is covered in white dot minky fabric. The blue gingham fabric birthday number is appliqued to the minky fabric. The hat has a blue marabou poof at the top and around the base. It is completed with two adorable dark blue ribbons to tie under your child's chin as well as an elastic strap to keep it on even the wiggliest of birthday kids! Little Ones name is embroidered on with adorable curlz font through the appliqued '1' in royal blue embroidery thread.
