Dark and medium shades of burgundy, like a rich wine.

44 yards, 2 ply 34g Merino wool. Non superwash, this may felt.

Hand dyed by me, using non toxic, food safe dyes.

Bulky thick-and-thin.


This yarn was handspun by me on my spindle, and set using Eucalan woolwash.

For best results, I recommend washing by hand in lukewarm water with appropriate wool friendly soap (not Woolite), rinse and lay flat or hang to dry. Eucalan or equivalent products would be wonderful.

Some fibers may have residual dyes. The colours have been set in this product, and the residual dye should not affect this item, but hand-washing seperately is recommended.

I have a non-smoking, but dog-friendly home. Please keep this in mind when you order from my shop, and please read all shop policies prior to ordering. My dogs are kept away from the fiber, but it is possible that a stray Chihuahua or Siberian Husky hair might follow this package!
