These chandelier earrings are each made with a stunning blue micro-faceted Kyanite briolette, Kyanite rondelles, and 24K gold vermeil Bali beads from Indonesia, delicately suspended from two gold-filled chains.

The total length of each chandelier from the bottom of the earwire is about 2 inches.

Earwires are 24K gold vermeil.

An interesting fact about "Kyanite": Like many gemstones, Kyanite is said to have mystical properties, such as inspiring feelings of tranquility, and aiding one's ability to express oneself.

When one of my friends asked me to design something for her in blue, I spent a few days researching blue gemstones, and discovered that true AAA grade kyanite is an amazing deep shade of cornflower blue. This kind of blue is not easy to find, but I was fortunate to find these petite treasures being offered in another shop.
