I just got these bears in the other day, and went "WOW! Pistachios!" The fact that I was eating pistachios at the time might have had something to do with it. But they really are the color of pistachio ice cream! In reality dyed magnescite. But they sure are pretty and look WONDERFUL with my Mint Julep 8.5mm Chinese Crystal rondelles.
