One of my "Rockhound Series" of bead mixes.
Birdseye Rhyolite is mined in Chihuahua, Mexico near Casas Grande (Spanish for Great Houses). Birdseye Rhyolite forms in a massive volcanic flow deposit with spherical formations in red, cream, gray and pink colors through out.
Here is a GLASS bead mix that I designed to mimic Birdseye Rhyolite.

BEADS ARE ENLARGED TO SHOW DETAIL. SIZE OF BEAD IS SEED BEAD SIZE 6/0 OR 4mm which
equals 6 or 7 beads per inch strung.
