Azure-malachite is a mixture of Azurite and Malachite in a single stone. Often it is formed when Azurite is left in open air as it is unstable - and when it is left out like this it psuedomorphs (changes) into Malachite. It is a very beautiful stone - with the Azurite being blue and the Malachite being green it makes a stunning, brightly colored stone.

BEADS ARE ENLARGED TO SHOW DETAIL. SIZE OF BEAD IS SEED BEAD SIZE 6/0 OR 4mm which
equals 6 or 7 beads per inch strung.

Size 6/0 is about 4mm. This size is commonly used as a spacer beads. You will recieve 50 grams, which is approx 650 beads, and with this generous lot, you will have enough for many projects!! Shape is rocailles, which is a small rounded bead.
