If you have difficulty with traditional behind-the-neck clasps, then this lariat-style necklace is for you! It has a front magnetic closure that, besides being functional, is fun and stylish.



Strung on on 24 inches of sterling silver chain, two magnetic hematite barrel twists hold the necklace together at the 17.5 inch mark. The magnetic hematite is strong enough to keep the necklace secure, yet easy enough to pull apart to remove.



Hematite has long been associated with improving circulation. It is also said to enhance memory and intellect, to aid in finding clarity in situations, and to help balance peaceful relationships.



The necklace features two ceramic rings in rich earth colours that encircle two 6mm black onyx beads. Smaller black onyx beads frame the rings, while sterling silver accent spacers add some light to the dangles. Onyx is an ancient stone, often used to protect the wearer from evil. It is said to reduce stress, eliminate negative thinking and to improve concentration.

I've titled these earrings Ceramic Rings to reflect the ceramic rings that hang from the magnetic hematite.
