I call this wall hanging Waiting for a Friend. A friendly cat is sitting patiently by while some birds fly around their home, unsure whether that cat is a friend or not. The colorful flower border winds its way into the quilt and up the pole of the birdhouse. A red piping and red binding finish the piece quite nicely. This quilt is hand appliqued and hand quilted. The birds are actually part of the quilting. It is 20 by 24 inches and has plastic rings on the back for hanging.
