These are flat backs.
THEY ARE ACTUAL CABOCHON CAMEOS WITH THE FRAMES INCLUDED. You get the frames with the images already set in epoxy resin. All ready for you to make whatever you want with it. Very high quality craftsmanship.

**These do not have holes drilled in them. I personally think that they look better without the holes and if you want to use these to make pendants and charms, you should glue a bail on the back.

The color variations that you see on the frames were done on purpose and was meant to look antique, distressed, and old. These are resin charms that have been antiqued by many different mediums to create the look of distress and age. Each was antiqued by hand, so no two charms pendants are exactly alike. But this just adds more to the vintage inspired features and uniqueness of each charms.

Save yourself money and time. I've already done all of the hard work for you...so all you have to do is play with your imagination. Glue this to any settings, frames, or just add a bail on the back, and you are done. Simple, easy, and fast. Time is money honey!

These are water resistance but I DO NOT recommend that you wear these while exercising, showering, swimming, or while doing anything that will expose the item to prolong water contact.

**There are small imperfections on the backside of each cabochons (small scratches, etc... but nothing too noticeably big). But since it is the back, it shouldn't be a problem. If the condition of the backside bothers you, please do not purchase.
