This fantastic illustration was harvested from a superb collection of quality antique images of childhood from a time long gone by.

The children's book that this steel engraving came from was found at an antique bookseller's sale long ago carefully stored in a cardboard box, both covers long ago gone missing.

I've been holding on to this collection long enough to know that I won't ever get around to framing them all, so I'm offering them here to you.

'Little Italian Singer' is in wonderful smooth condition with crisp edges on 3 sides, softly rounded corners with a lovely soft and even light tanning, with the usual spots one find on paper that's 140 years old.

She'll come to your doorstep packed flat in a stiff mailer sleeve to protect her from damage on her trip from my place to yours, delivered by those nice folks at the USPS.
