She looks like something Heidi herself might have worn; 2.5" with open piercings. Decorated all around with handpainted flowers of Red, Yellow, Black, White and Green.

What a pretty Navy Blue Buckle!
This lovely piece is as clean as a whistle and looks unused.
My guess of it's age is around the 1960s, as it came in a lot of sewing supplies from the same period.
