'Plan K Brick Dwelling' measures 8." x 10.25." It's also printed on the reverse side with the plans for a gorgeous semi-detatched Brick Dwelling; a tough decision to decide which charming side to frame.

It's in smooth condition; aged to a lovely soft and even light tanning with the usual spots one find on paper that's 129 years old. There's a torn upper left corner within the border, which a mat will see to very nicely.

These delightful prints will come to your doorstep packed flat in a stiff mailer sleeve protected from damage on the trip from my place to yours, delivered by those nice folks at the USPS.
