Product Description
Ozarka Radio in a Treasure Chest Case' is an original trade publication promotional illustration photographed, hand colored and engraved by The Osgood Company and Printed by Blakely printing Company, Chicago in 1927.

A stunning Art Deco radio like this would have been the envy of any Flapper girl. The Treasure Chest Ozarka is one of the rarest of all the Six tube radios ever sold and it cost a fortune in it's day.Today, it's almost impossible even to find picturs of these cool things.

Shortly after The Ozarka's initial production, the United Stated Stock Market collapsed and the entire country spiraled into a deep economic depression, which quickly put an end to the demand for premium luxury consumer goods like The beautiful Ozarka Treasure Chest Radio.

This is a two sided illustration in wonderful smooth condition; done on heavy quality semi-gloss paper stock and features a gorgeously detailed advertising copy features a lavish full color litho of Bearded Iris printed for a Nursery Catalog from the same period on the reverse side.
A tough choice deciding which stunning side to frame.

The edges and corners of this vintage print are nice and sharp with almost no tanning to speak of at all; pretty amazing considering this good lookin' litho print is 84 years old!

We should all look this sharp at 84.

This fabulous original 9" x 12" antique furniture print from 1927 will come to your doorstep packed flat in a stiff mailer sleeve to protect it from damage on the trip from my place to yours, delivered by those nice folks at the USPS.

Surrender Dorothy. The latest fashions in frame-worthy original antique prints, maps, charts and illustrations to adorn your home and workplace too.

Always something delightfully different with fresh finds added daily.
