Made to Order - Lampwork glass flower disc beads of ink purple on sterling silver pierced earring wire hooks these are too fun. The flower centers are brass and the earrings come with silicone stoppers. The stoppers keep them safely in your ears and everything intact when they aren't. The flower discs measure about an inch across (24mm).
