Product Description

up for sale here is one of my Japanese inspired taylor style thimbles

these thimbles are great for those with long fingernails

they are soft and fit snug to the finger also could be worn as a ring if desired ( I size these using my metal sizer, one thing to remember they fit on it easier than on a finger, the felt tends to grab your finger so a larger size in these if they are going to be worn as a ring is better) when used as a thimble measure between tip and 1st joint for best fit)

made using wool felt for the lining and a 1930's style vintage repro fabric on the outside with leather inside so the needle won't come thru

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

I saw some somethig like this in a book then changed them up a bit and made them with the leather inside ( sme of my early ones in extra pictures were only felt lined
