Cheerful Flowers on Brown Plaid Pincushion

Product Description

This large modern pincushion design will add charm and beauty to your sewing area or make a delightful surprise for a crafter on your gift list. Cheerful pink flowers and a light blue stem is the feature on this light brown plaid. I am still using pincushions I made from recycled plastic foam years ago. What a great way to upcycle!

Anyone who sews can use more than one pincushion. Keep one at your machine to collect pins as you sew, have one in the neck of your mannequin, another in your cutting area, and one in each of your portable project baskets. It is very easy to move these cushions between work areas as they empty and fill with pins.

Recycling Works!
The foam was packing from an air conditioner. The fabric is a discontinued designer sample diverted from landfill by FabMo, a local nonprofit. The thread is from a crafter's recycling store, and there is recycled plastic on the bottom protecting your fingers.
