I've only recently discovered magnesite, a beautiful substitute for turquoise. Don't get me wrong...I also love turquoise, but to give magnesite its due, I think its gorgeous pastel colors and subtle veining give turquoise a true run for its money!



These earrings are made with smooth, pale blue 14mm magnesite beads, two small MOP disks and sterling chain and earwires.



Just over 2.5 inches long.
