Blue Horizon is a striking bracelet made with two irridescent blue dragons, two moonstones, and a glass bead as the combined focal. Complementing the focal are artisan created lampwork beads, two polymer clay disks, sterling silver saucers and four 8mm blue mountain jade beads.



A sterling silver toggle clasp completes the look.



I chose the center bead for its resemblance to the Earth as viewed from space. The moonstones seemed like the perfect choice to bookend that bead with the two dragons standing by as celestial guardians.

These two gorgeous dragon beads have been 'calling' to me from my bead stash for some time. It wasn't until I came across the Earth-like glass bead that the idea for this bracelet all came together.
