Necklace is made using 6/0 seed beads in various shades of purple. Spiral design is accented with 6/0 light and dark pink shades. It is finished with a silver toggle clasp. This piece goes well with both casual and dressy attire. It measures 20 inches in length.

I love beadweaving to make jewelry. The spiral twist design is one of my favorites. As you start the piece it looks like just a clump of beads and then it slowly starts to twist around and form a pattern. And you can achieve so many different looks just by changing the size, color or shape of the beads. Or even by mixing colors and sizes. There have been a few times when I was not happy with the look and I would stop and tearing out the beads and start over with something else. But most of the time I love the results as was the case with this purple necklace. It looks lovely when worn and compliments all ranges of warm colors and styles of clothing.
