Bars of copper and first shaped and then enameled. This is one of my custom blends called Robins Egg Blue. I added a twist to it by graduated the "speckles" on the egg from solid at he bottom to scattered. Numerous shades of blues and others are shaded and layered to produce this color. They are assembled with oxidized sterling silver and have handcrafted ear wires.

Enameling is fusing glass to metal, in this case copper. Each piece is fired multiple times including the back.
