Product Description
Artisan made in my studio all by hand. Each hoop is hand formed from a flat copper strip. The type of shape is called anti-clastic forming. That is when a concave curved is formed then that curve is curved. This pair is one of my custom blended I am calling "Blue Jeans". Numerous shades of blues are layered and blended to produce this color. Many firing are needed for each pair. Oxidized handcrafted ear wires of sterling.
Total drop: a bit over 1-3/9"
Hoop width: a bit over 5/16" wide
Across with hoop: a bit over 1-3/16 to 1-1/4"

Enameling is fusing glass to metal, in this case copper. Each piece is fired multiple times including the back.
