These earrings are so comfortable and lightweight. This pair of one of my custom blends called Chameleon Green. I even take the time to enamel the back...so no green ears with copper touching your ear. This was one of the challenges to this style. As enamel does not like solder and solder does not like the kiln. But I want to have this feature and worked on it until it was right.
Cup width: a bit over 1/2"
Enameling is fusing glass to metal, in this case copper. Each piece is fired multiple times including the back.
