This pendent in my signature blends I call: Where the Grass Meets the Sky. I use a large freeform copper heart and then apply enamel in blends graduating from a field and hills of greens thru shades of turquoise/sky blue with white clouds. Numerous firings are needed to produce this shading and layers of color.
Heart length: 1-1/4"
Heart Width: 1-1/8" ish
Rubber neck Cord: 18"
Drop 1-1/2" from neck cord
The last picture you see is silk cords that are available as an option. It would cost an extra $12 for this version.
Enameling is fusing glass to metal, in this case copper. Each piece is fired multiple times including the back.
