Product Description
This is the a longer version of my cluster cup earrings. Hand formed "cups" or flowers of copper. Then enamel is added and fired. This red is a blend of 5 different shades of red enamel. Layered and re-fired numerous times to add depth. I made the cups or flowers out of a thinner gauge copper so they are still lightweight. They are assembled using tiny Garnets and sterling silver which has been oxidized for a better contrast with the enamel. Prefer a matte finish to the enamel?...let me know.

Enameling is fusing glass to metal, in this case copper. Each piece is fired multiple times including the back to 1500 degrees.
