Where do you keep your cell phone? In a pretty pocket? Pretty pockets can be used to carry cell phones, small digital cameras, MP3 players, business cards or anything else of similar size.

This pretty pocket is hand knitted and machine felted in an autumn orange. I then needle felted one dark brown infinity symbol to the front of this pocket. What does that mean? It could mean you will talk to infinity on your cell or that you wish your battery would last through infinity or that you believe you will last to infinity! Then gold grommets were added to the sides. I ran some bright multicolored satiny ribbon with orange, yellow and green stripes through the grommets and through a pair of silver beads, and tied a simple knot to hold the beads in place. You can use this just as it is. If you'd prefer to hang this from your purse strap, it's easy to undo the simple knot and remove the ribbon from one side in order, slip over your purse strap and then put back together.
