This 60's Vintage, originally hand-sewn Navy Cape with vintage embellishments, needlework, running red rick rack and applique was lovingly restored and refabricated at The Bobbin Sew Bar + Craft Lounge in Burlington, VT from locally recycled and reclaimed fibers.
