Product Description
I love the hardanger pulled thread embrodery pieces. The hardanger technique originated in the Fjords of Norway. It is a beautiful technique...and an exacting one!! If you cut the wrong thread...time to start over!!! Like hardanger this bracelet is very time consuming and intricate.

To start this bracelet, I close 546 teeny, tiny jump rings and open 152 large jump rings. Then I begin to weave this beautiful Japanese pattern known as the Japanese 12-in-2. As the name implies, all jump rings are doubled. This bracelet may look delicate but because of the doubled jump rings it is quite sturdy. It is made from .925 sterling silver jump rings with a gorgeous sterling silver abalone clasp. The clasp is stamped .925 and has a safety catch on the side.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
