It's handmade from the softest cotton fabric ever! The main fabric is a spring green/white polka dot. The lining is a beautiful floral bursting with blooms of all colors. I stitch the embroidery first then add the lining so the under stitching doesn't show on the back side making it reversible!

For added cuteness I added hot pink rick rack and a matching hot pink grosgrain ribbon bow.
