XL Sinus Heat/Cold Pack is specifically designed to help loosen sinus pressure/pain. Just heat lightly in the microwave to produce a warm moist heat that hits all the sinus pressure points to help drain the sinuses and relieve sinus pressure. Great used cold from the freezer as well.
