Heat Pad for TMJ or Cold Pack for TMJ in convenient Heating Pad Headband. Moist Heat from microwaveable heating pads increases blood flow and promotes healing for TMJ and more. Cold therapy helps reduce inflammation and ease pain for TMJ, jaw pain.

Your headband can be worn 3 ways.

1. Around the TMJ jaw area, under the chin and attached at the top of the head with velcro. Wonderful soothing relief for TMJ!

2. As a traditional headband over the top of the head and attached at the back of the neck (fantastic for ear aches!).

3. Around the forehead and behind the head for those who have headaches and need firm pressure on the affected area.

Pop the heating pad headband in the microwave for about 45 seconds for warm moist pain relief for TMJ and more. A few hours in the freezer and the headband is a fantastic ice pack.

Heating Pad, Cold Pack headband measures 23" x 3" and uses velcro to secure around the head. We will happily add lavender or chamomile if you'd like a scented headband. Just let us know when you check out.
