Unique Neck Shoulder Back Microwave Heating Pad, Hot Cold Pack reaches high up on the neck and wraps across the shoulders and back.

Measures approximately 25" x 12" and is filled with rice and flax in 11 individually sewn sections. Holds heat for 30+ minutes after warming in the microwave. Also used as a cold pack from the freezer.
