Vintage black eel skin from wallet for craft purposes DESTASH

Product Description
I salvaged this black eelskin from a vintage wallet that had fallen apart. It's very thin, but it is on a thin fabric backing, so it's still strong enough for some craft use. The entire piece is 8" x 3 1/4", and while it's somewhat worn and not particularly pliable by design, there's still nice leather to use in projects. Also, just as an interesting factoid, eelskin is not made from actual eels, but from the Pacific hagfish, nicknamed the "slime eel"!

***Animal parts may NOT be shipped outside the U.S.; please do not ask me to make an exception for you.***

The majority of my supplies are from secondhand sources, such as old fur and leather coats, or beads from old jewelry. Everything made with animal parts is given a full ritual purification according to my spiritual path. A portion of the proceeds is donated to nonprofit organizations such as the Defenders of Wildlife.
