This adorable tutu is made with yards and yards of blue tulle and embellished with white satin ribbon and little peach-pink roses. A "poofy" cute, fun accessory for pictures, dance, or anytime play! This tutu is an infant-toddler size - the super-stretchy elastic waist should fit most children until about age 2. I design my infant-toddler size tutus in such a general size because most people only use infant tutus for an event such as pictures. As a thrifty mom myself, I hate buying things for just one set of pictures! So I make and recommend this size so that you can pin the back for that one-time-occasion pictures and the tutu will still be big enough when your little girl is walking around and old enough to enjoy it.
