This beautiful custom tutu is made with yards and yards of CPSIA-compliant tulle fabric trimmed at each tip with lace for a full, poofy look. The waistband is made with super-stretchy non-roll elastic and will fit a fairly wide variety of waistlines. Absolutely perfect for portrait photography! This listing is for an infant to toddler size tutu in a bright combination of turquoise blue tulle with hot pink lace. If you have questions on sizing, please ask. The waistbands are very flexible, but if it needs to be taken in I can do that, or I can do a custom tutu with a bigger waistband, just send me the waist measurement. This size will fit most infants (might have to be pinned for newborns) and younger toddlers. Shipping - Amount listed is a high estimate. If I overcharge by more than $1 I will refund the difference (minus packing materials cost.) This listing is for a tutu already made, but I also welcome custom work.
