This beautiful custom tutu is made with yards and yards of CPSIA-compliant tulle fabric trimmed at each tip with lace for a full, poofy look. Waistband is made with super-stretchy non-roll elastic and will fit a fairly wide variety of waistlines. Absolutely perfect for portrait photography! This listing is for a newborn to infant size tutu in a gorgeous smoky blue color with chocolate brown color lace. Shipping - Amount listed is a high estimate.
