Tabby Porcelain Cat Fairy
Hand Sculptured, One of a Kind

* Gold Eyed Orange Tabby Cat Fairy
* Her pink wings have a mother of pearl glaze on them.
* Pink Rose at her feet.

My creations are individually hand sculptured in Porcelain clay. The colors are achieved by working chemical stains into the porcelain using a technique of colored inclusions. One of my favorite aspects of using color inside the clay body is that it is almost impossible to make the same piece again. Each piece becomes a unique individual work of art.The porcelain figures are bisque fired in a kiln. They are then glazed by hand with a clear glaze,and re-fired to a fine porcelain china.
