Upcycled Plastic Bag Coaster Set with Basket

Product Description

This coaster set consists of 4 crocheted coasters and a small basket to hold them. The coasters measure approximately 3.25 inches across. The basket is approximately 2 inches deep and 4 inches across. They were crocheted using plastic shopping bags. The colors are white, teal, green, blue, and light maroon.

The coasters and basket can be washed with regular soap and water as needed, and allowed to air dry. In a pinch, the coasters can also be used as a scrubbie for a non-stick pan, or for any other dishes you don't want scratched.

The set used approximately 15 shopping bags, and took just under 10 hours to complete, including preparing the bags for use. They would make a cute housewarming gift, and are a great way to help reduce our carbon footprint on the environment.
