Here is a rare figural c.1940s Enameled Gold Pirate Brooch. The Brooch shows a Pirate with his Sword and Treasure Chest bounty looking proud.
He has a black Enameled Pirates hat and boots, his coat is Red and his pants are white. The Rope design on the Gold chest is also Enameled in white.
There is a small patch of Enameling on the one pant leg that is worn off. Other then that the rest of the Enameling is there.
This Brooch measures 2.1/8th" wide by 2.25" in length.
The Pirate Brooch is quite detailed, from his mustache to the fingers to the lock on the chest. It has fine craftsmanship and the mechanism on the pin back works very well. It does have a roll top pin. The figural piece is unmarked.
This 1940s Enameled Pirates Brooch is in very good condition and ready to wear.
If you have a Halloween Party to go to this is the piece to wear.
