2040 - Misses Unlined Top, Pull-on Skirt and Pants: Princess seamed top has long or short sleeves, notched collar and front button closure; pants or skirt have pleated front with waistband, side and back waistline casing with two rows of elastic and side seam pockets.

This originally multi-size pattern is cut and been cut at different sizes, so I'm recommending this at the smallest, size 14 only. The envelope is in Good condition; the corners are slightly dogeared. The pattern and instructions are in Very Good condition.
