How it works: It is EASY AS... 1-2-3

1. Select your favorite design and purchase via PayPal.
(Design numbers are on the corners of each sample)

2. Once you have purchased your invitation, I will send you an order form within 1 business day to fill out and send back to me with all of your information and photo(s).
(Please do not send any information or photos prior to receiving your order form.
All orders must be attached to the order form)

**NOTE : We do not work on weekend or holidays. Order forms are sent on the following Monday for purchases made after 5:00 pm on Fridays.

3. Within 2 business days, you will receive a proof via e-mail.
Please reply via email if you would like any modifications/edits or if you approve.

*Please note, additional edits add approximately 48 hours to the time line, so please be sure you send everything you would like on your invitation and your spelling is correct when you return the order form.

Your wording and information will be exactly like you send it to us therefore, if you abbreviate, it will be abbreviated on your invitation.

No color or font changes will be made.

Carefully check your proof!

As this is a custom product, we cannot accept returns.
Upon receipt of proof approval, your order will ship within 3 business days.

Orders are shipped First Class USPS.
Transit time is 2-5 business days.
We do not provide overnight shipping.
