I made this dress from a man's t-shirt. It is designed to slip over your head and tie across the back. Open back with elastic to keep it private. I added a cotton hawaiian print, pleated ruffle at the bottom. This is not a used item. The t-shirt is a new item made to look "vintage". The surf gear design on the front is cracked intentionally to look old. 100% cotton, faded and soft.


30-34 bra size
up to a 32" waist
lots of hip room
100% cotton knit
lined bodice to create an attached bra
about 16" in length - falls 2 or 3 inches above the knee on most people
machine wash and dry.

This dress has lots of room for size variation. However, going smaller would need the elastic in the back tightened.

If you can not fit into a man's small t-shirt, this dress will not fit you. You could however, wear it as a halter shirt.

All my skirts and dresses are designed with Florida living in mind. The need for cool, comfy clothes to wear in the extreme heat of the summer. But you don't have to live in Florida to wear them!
